The L.O.V.E. Pod

Frequently Asked Question

Global Wi-Fi Answers

The L.O.V.E. Pod can connect in over 179 countries, and over 40 additional Territories.

To connect to the network in any specific location you need a “data plan”.  If a data plan is not available in your L.O.V.E. GLOBAL WIFI App for a specific country, you can get a local physical SIM card wherever you are and place it in your L.O.V.E. Pod device, this will enable all the privacy, 9 connections capacity, and other unique features of the L.O.V.E. Pod to work in that geographic location.

For optimal performance you simply need local data, either through an E-SIM data package provided by Okanagan Holdings, or by adding a local SIM card.

The password to connect a device to your L.O.V.E. network signal coming from your Pod, is located on the back of your L.O.V.E. Pod, along with your devices Serial Number (SN), and IMEI No. You can change your “Password” once you are in the App. The following video shows you how to change the default password.

Once you have received your L.O.V.E. Pod in the mail, please follow the instructions included.  You can also find video instructions under the Activation tab on this website.

We also suggest you register a free account on where you will find all the needed instructions and be able to get advanced support for your L.O.V.E. Pod and any e-SIM data packages.

Yes, the L.O.V.E. Pod will work on Phones with no carrier or SIM cards in them.

For your Pod to work, you do need an active “Data Plan” or physical SIM installed that services the geographical area in which you are located.

No, you can go month to month, but failure to pay a monthly bill will result in the loss of connectivity.

YES!.  Unlike some radiating technologies, the L.O.V.E. global WiFi network uses a less invasive frequency signal.  We do not use 5G for the signal for this reason.

Yes they are, and there is even a special Emergency Data Plan to go with the Pods so they can be used and on-hand should an emergency crisis come.

Mesh Wi-Fi platforms use a series of interconnected nodes, instead of one central access point like a traditional Wi-Fi router.  Each L.O.V.E. Pod acts as a node, and meshes into the entire network, making every other node (device) work faster.  Since mesh networks broadcast from each point rather than from a single location, they provide better coverage over a wider space.

L.O.V.E. is building out a new, global, non-5G mesh network that includes satellites, the baby pods (offered on this site), city wide pods (coming soon), phones, and other devices.  All these devices “mesh” to create a terrestrial network that is also supported by our extra-terrestrial satellites.

Mesh networks speed everything up, since all of the points are connected to each other, data can take several paths toward its destination and it’ll always choose the best route from Point A to Point B.

The IMEI No. is printed inside your Pod, although it is very small.  We have included your IMEI No. in the instructional letter that came in the packaging with your order.  Your IMEI No. is needed to activate your Pods monthly service.

It can, if you travel then you’ll have no more roaming fees, or $10.00 a day Travel Passes.  If you live in an apartment and pay over $48.00 a month for the Internet this can be a cheaper replacement that saves you money.
