Frequently Asked Question

L.O.V.E offers more than just the most secured dual blockchain enabled VPN service that protects your privacy, you, and your data. It provides a holistic approach to online privacy, combining encrypted internet data with additional features like ad-blocking, malware protection, and anonymous browsing to ensure a comprehensive solution to privacy.

Additionally, on the connectivity level, L.O.V.E. uses multiple national carriers (Verizon, T-Mobile, AT&T, Bell, Rogers, etc…), plus the SOS Emergency Bands, it’s own MESH Network, and Satellite.   You should no longer have dead zones based on which carrier is available in a particular location.

L.O.V.E. Pods give you the greatest number of options for connecting in any location.

Since nothing is perfect, and that dose include the L.O.V.E. Pod, if you find a location in this network that is lacking speed or connectivity, you can REPORT it at https://loveglobalwifi.com/report-dead-zones/ and they will get it fixed up asap.  We also have phone support, if you have a question call us at: 1-480-900-7442.

One other thing, L.O.V.E. supports indigenous tribes, and other non-profit organizations. L.O.V.E. gives back all while looking forward by building a clean (NO 5G) network for those who are sensitive to electromagnetic energies.

The L.O.V.E. Pod can connect in over 179 countries, and over 40 additional Territories.

To connect to the network in any specific location you need a “data plan”.  If a data plan is not available in your L.O.V.E. GLOBAL WIFI App for a specific country, you can get a local physical SIM card wherever you are and place it in your L.O.V.E. Pod device, this will enable all the privacy, 9 connections capacity, and other unique features of the L.O.V.E. Pod to work in that geographic location.

For optimal performance you simply need local data, either through an iSIM data package provided by Okanagan Holdings (available in the L.O.V.E. GLOBLABL WIFI App – visit here), or by adding a local SIM card.  Instructions for using a local hard SIM are available here.

Registration of your Account is under the “Profile” Tab.  The following 2 Videos show the entire process.

In order to change your password, the phone you are using with the App installed on it must be online using the L.O.V.E. WIFI signal from your Pod.

Open your App, click on the “Device” tab, then click the “Wi-Fi HOTSPOT” box.  You can now change your Wi-Fi name, and password.  Once changed, save the changes.

The password to connect a device to your L.O.V.E. network signal coming from your Pod, is located on the back of your L.O.V.E. Pod, along with your devices Serial Number (SN), and IMEI No.

Note: Use the Password (PWD) on the back of your Pod, not the password you chose for logging into your App, when you connect devices to the L.O.V.E. signal.  A data plan is needed to connect.

You can change your network “Password” once you are in the App. The following video shows you how to change the default password.

Optimizing your L.O.V.E. Network connection is done from within your App.  Here are directions.

The L.O.V.E. “Baby” Pod is called a “Baby” Pod because it’s safe enough to be around babies. As this field test shows, there is a minimal and insignificant increase from the natural surroundings in magnetic field energy. It’s in the green, the safe zone, versus when the meter is near speakers which takes it into the red zone.

The purpose of a L.O.V.E. Pod is to keep you safe, and connected. It keeps you safe by having a VPN and built in protections so your data, location, and surfing history fully secure; it goes a step further and makes sure you are safe from EMFs, which is one reason the L.O.V.E. Pod uses 4G versus 5G.

The great news is that only the most critical data (name, IP address, etc..) is stored, your pictures, conversations, and browsing history is not stored at all! What data that is stored, is kept on aboriginal un-ceded lands of the Okanagan Indian Confederacy.

When using a L.O.V.E. Pod and you are not receiving a signal the first thing to do is to turn your device off and on again, twice.

After turning the device off and then back on again the first time wait 2-3 minutes and repeat the same process. This will tell the Pod to rebuild it’s place in the network from the available connection options.

The L.O.V.E. Pod connects through satellite, the best local 4G tower, and our own internal distributed mesh network.
Due to the multiple channels for connecting in the network, it can take longer for it to establish a connection, especially if you are in a new area and didn’t have the device turned on when you were travelling there.

Once it does connect, no additional steps will need to be taken although you may notice that the connection is slow for the first few minuets, not always, but we ask that you give it time for the AI to direct more connectivity to your device.

this process does not work from there you will want to optimize the network.

Please see the optimize network video for instructions on how to do so. Beyond that you can also file a dead zone report through the www.loveglobalwifi.com website under the report option located at the upper right top of the page.

Yes, the L.O.V.E. Pod will work on Phones with no carrier or SIM cards in them.

As long as a phone can connect to a WIFI signal, it can connect to your Pod and go online. You can then use text Apps, VOIP call Apps, and visit websites. For your Pod to work, you do need an active “Data Plan” or physical SIM installed that services the geographical area in which you are located.

In order to do a transfer you will need to have both devices bound to the L.O.V.E. GLOBAL WIFI App, if the device you want to transfer too is not bound to your current App, start by binding it.

It will not matter if you are connected to either device to accomplish the transfer.

STEPS:

1) Make sure your new device is bound and select the device page tab in the lower left corner of the App.

2) Click the three button option at the top right, and select add device. This is the same process you went through when initially setting up the first pod.

3) Now, from the device page, click on “Data Package” in the center of the screen. On this page it will list the available packages that you have already purchased.

4) Select the package you have and at the bottom you will notice an option called data transferring. Click that option and then select transfer data to the device identifier you want to transfer the package too.

5) once selected, hit confirm. From there simply hit, transfer, and then choose complete. Once that is done, turn your new device on and connect to it when the light has turned green.

If you find an area where your L.O.V.E. Pod is connected to devices, but the WIFI icon your Pod turns red, please try a double reboot as explained the video below.  If that does not work, please report the location of the dead zone at: https://loveglobalwifi.com/report-dead-zones/

In most cases the dead zone location can be fixed!

No, you can pay monthly for certain plans, skipping any month you like, or just purchase data allocations, but you have no contracts.

There are also no credit checks

The L.O.V.E. Network that provide you with data, connectivity, and service is operated and maintained by the Okanagan Indian Confederacy, a grassroots 1st Nations Tribe. Godspeed Technologies provides technical support.Confederacy, a grassroots 1st Nations Tribe.  Their website is located at https://www.loveglobalwifi.com

When you activate your L.O.V.E. Pod, you will create an account with them and contact them with any questions.  The LoveMyPod website is for the sales of the L.O.V.E. Pod hardware devices.

YES!.  Unlike some radiating technologies, the L.O.V.E. global WiFi network uses a less invasive frequency signal.  We do not use 5G for the signal for this reason.

The L.O.V.E. “Baby” Pod is called a “Baby” Pod because it’s safe enough to be around babies. As the 2 different field test below show, there is a minimal and insignificant increase from the natural surroundings in magnetic field energy. It’s in the green, the safe zone, versus when the meter is near speakers which takes it into the red zone.

The L.O.V.E. Pods, L.O.V.E. PROJECT and L.O.V.E. GLOBAL WI-FI are named after the word love, in order to promote greater thoughts of, and therefore the frequency of, LOVE!

Please check inside L.O.V.E. Global WIFI for links to all the additional L.O.V.E. Apps.  You can register for your free account at: https://loveglobalwifi.com/registration-page/

Yes, you can use your own VPN.  As part of the Pod being super-secure and totally private, it already  uses a built-in global VPN (Virtual Private Network, like a private tunnel) with servers in different places.  You can not turn off the VPN in the Pod, but you can use your own VPN with your computer or other hardware that makes a VPN App available to you.

If you have an Android phone (IOS coming soon), you can download the L.O.V.E. VPN and use that to control your origination point.  The L.O.V.E. VPN can be found in the Google Play store at: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.love.vpn

No, we use whatever is the fastest signal available across multiple carriers. We only look for satellite when there is no other useable signal, making the service far more affordable, and your internet connection generally faster. This is a revolutionary, and to our knowledge the only, hybrid Wi-Fi and sat capable network.

When travelling to locations where L.O.V.E. is yet to offer over the air iSIM data packages, you may want to load a local 4G Network physical (hard) SIM card into your device, this way you can get the benefits of the device, plus bypass those nasty $10 a day travel passes. This video shows you how to set up the hard SIM for use.
STEPS:
1) Use the tool provided with your device (in the box the Pod came in) to open the SIM slot of the side of your Pod, and insert the SIM card into it.
2) Open your L.O.V.E. GLOBAL WIFI App and select the device page tab located on the bottom left.
3) Click the three button tab on the top right. At the bottom of this tab there will be an option to set APN. You can get the APN settings from either the packaging that it comes in or, by doing a google search for the carriers name and their APN settings. Once you have the required information type that in and hit confirm.
4) Once again hit the three button tab, go to switch network, select sim and confirm.

You are now using the local SIM card for 4G data.

Before reporting a dead zone, please try the quick fix steps located on the “Report” page at: https://loveglobalwifi.com/report-dead-zones/

No, you can go month to month, but failure to pay a monthly bill will result in the loss of connectivity.

Yes they are, and there is even a special Emergency Data Plan to go with the Pods so they can be used and on-hand should an emergency crisis come.

Mesh Wi-Fi platforms use a series of interconnected nodes, instead of one central access point like a traditional Wi-Fi router.  Each L.O.V.E. Pod acts as a node, and meshes into the entire network, making every other node (device) work faster.  Since mesh networks broadcast from each point rather than from a single location, they provide better coverage over a wider space.

L.O.V.E. is building out a new, global, non-5G mesh network that includes satellites, the baby pods (offered on this site), city wide pods (coming soon), phones, and other devices.  All these devices “mesh” to create a terrestrial network that is also supported by our extra-terrestrial satellites.

Mesh networks speed everything up, since all of the points are connected to each other, data can take several paths toward its destination and it’ll always choose the best route from Point A to Point B.

Search for the L.O.V.E. VPN in Aurora Store and scroll down the results until you see L.O.V.E. VPN and click it. From the L.O.V.E. VPN page, click the L.O.V.E. profile and you will find all the L.O.V.E. Apps available in Aurora Store.  You can also try searching for LOVE GLOBAL WIFI in the store.

The light is red because no device is connected to your L.O.V.E. Pod.  Connect your phone or computer to your Pod and the light will turn green.

You must have an activated data package, or a physical SIM card installed in the Pod, for it to connect.

Note, if you are not connected to your Pod and the light turns green, someone has accessed your network

Once you connect a device, it can take 30 seconds to a minute (usually shorter) to connect with the network.  At first it will tell you “No Internet Connection”, wait for it, it just needs time to connect.

L.O.V.E employs robust encryption algorithms to encrypt your data both in transit and at rest. Additionally, L.O.V.E. includes built-in features to help block malicious websites and prevent malware infections.

The IMEI No. is printed inside your Pod, although it is very small.  We have included your IMEI No. in the instructional letter that came in the packaging with your order.  Your IMEI No. is needed to activate your Pods monthly service.

You can always purchase more data, if you have an UNLIMIED Plan like the one for the U.S., your data should not run out.

The ” Password” you choose for the L.O.V.E. GLOBAL WIFI App must not contain any special characters, only numbers and letters.

L.O.V.E. will be releasing an App soon you can download, check for those in our support group located here.  You can also call people with WhatsApp or Messenger via the Pod.  For a dedicated number that allows internet calling to landlines and mobile numbers, you can get Google Voice. It provides free calling within the United States and a free phone number. Access Google Voice by signing in to voice.google.com in a web browser or mobile app (Android, iPhone/iPad). The service also includes text messaging, voicemail, and free voicemail archiving.

Data protection is important for many reasons, including:

  1. Data protection helps protect people’s privacy rights and prevents identity theft and fraud.
  2. It prevents fraud and cybercrimes. Applying strong data protection measures and safeguards not only protects individuals’ or customers’ personal data, but also your organization’s data.
  3. To prevent that data being misused by third parties for fraud, such as phishing scams and identity theft.
